University Library

Seisen University is proud of both the quantity and quality of the academic book collections of each department: the Japanese literature and history collections purchased at the time of the founding of the University, the priceless books from Spain and Central and South American countries, and books in Basque. There is also an extensive collection of books in Braille.
In 1997 there were about 213,000 books, 2,700 literary magazines and 3,300 items of audio-visual material.
A computerised data-base is available for the students and the library is linked to a host computer to facilitate the better acquisition of all kinds of information in academic fields.
